Academics

 

NURSERY SCHOOL SECTION

The nursery uses the Montessori syllabus which enables a child to be able to read, write, and speak fluently in English at an early stage. Nursery classes are divided into four namely
i. Playgroup : 2 ½ years – 3 years
ii. Nursery : 4 years
iii. Kindergarten: 5 years
iv. Transit : 6 years

 

PRIMARY SCHOOL SECTION

The primary section offers the 8-4-4 curriculum where the syllabus is strictly followed. In STD 8 candidates seat for their national exams where 6 subjects are tested.
 

 

ACHIEVEMENTS

ART AND CRAFT COMPETITION :

The Nursery school has always been taking part in Kiwi and Giraffe Centre Art and Craft competition and they have always excelled.

 

MATHEMATICS CHALLENGE:

The school took part in the challenge at Light Academy this year and our results were encouraging.


CHARITY:

Bhadala School has always been active in raising funds to help the needy. The pupils have taken part in a walk to raise funds towards the Celebral Palsy and the sickle called patients. Our pupils were honored with certificates.


K.C.P.E:

It has been 6 years since the school started doing K.C.P.E.
Ø In 2010 we had the best mean score of 314.14.
Ø In 2012, the school managed to produce the top girl in the region with 407 marks.
Ø Alwiye Abubakar the top candidate in 2012 K.C.P.E is now a student in Alliance Girls High School after securing a scholarship for K.C.B Bank.
